The wine Massetino Chianti Colli Fiorentini is a wine which has a classical ruby red colour and a dry and intense taste. It is produced with Sangiovese, Trebbiano and Malvasia vines. This allows the wine to have a high degree of alcohol, which often is above 12°. The wine is strong and genuine and is best used with first courses (pasta dishes) or meat, but also with cheese. At its best the wine is consumed with the famous Fiorentina Steak, the Tagliatata or the Peposo, a typical dish of Impruneta.

A very special wine because of his sweet-bitter taste and his very fresh parfume. This wine is produced following an old tradition of this part of Tuscany: the wine has a soft yellow (giallo) color because it is not filtered.
